Referral program details:

•  Any Provider or Healthcare Facility (regardless if contracted with us or not) are eligible to make referrals and partake in this wonderful program. 
• Once Provider or Healthcare Facility is contracted and achieves one complete work day, $200 will be awarded swiftly to the referring Provider or Healthcare Facility.
• Program begins Quarter 1 of each fiscal year (January) and ends every Quarter 4 of each fiscal year (December)
• For every referral made, referring Provider or Healthcare Facility will be granted entry into our Year-End celebration drawing for $1,000.  The more referrals entered, the more opportunities of the award!
