Payment for Visurraga Enterprises, LLC CRNA Staffing Services in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. Payment includes service for one CRNA shift at one facility under an independent contractor agreement. Service is contingent on appropriate facility credentialing and CRNA/Employer/Staffing agency contract. The fee covers one day of anesthesia service up to 12 hours in a single day. $250/hour will be charged for every anesthesia service hour, prorated at 15-min increments to the next hour.
