Cesar J. Visurraga DNP, CRNA Dr. Visurraga studied at the University of Scranton for his undergraduate and master's education, and then obtained his doctorate education from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. Also, Dr. Visurraga is a former Captain with nearly 10 years of service in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve.
Dr. Visurraga has been providing expert patient care for multiple independent practices, hospitals, outpatient centers, and other healthcare facilities across multiple states, and internationally, for over fifteen years. Cesar mentors under-represented minority nurses to pursue nurse anesthesia and most recently, his accomplishments were highlighted in the prestigious Baltimore Magazine, Patch.com, Discovery Channel, WMAR TV ABC Channel 2, and Veteran of The Day Awards. As Vice President of Visurraga Enterprises, LLC, Dr. Visurraga assists in leading a team of over 25 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in providing safe, efficient, and highest-quality anesthesia care.
