If you are insured, we already submitted the bill to your insurance, who determined your financial responsibility,

The Anesthesia Billing Process
We know how complex the medical billing process can be and that you may be overwhelmed with the cost and process related to having surgery. Visurraga Enterprises LLC works will all insurance carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid, and we are here to minimize the confusion and hassle by submitting all anesthesia bills directly to your insurance company for payment on your behalf.
Submitting a Claim
It may take some time for the insurance carrier to process the claim. If the claim is denied, we can file an appeal on your behalf, in which you may receive a statement or invoice for the anesthesia portion of your surgery. In many cases, there may still be a balance due from you for deductible or co-payment amounts after your insurance has paid our claim. This balance can then be submitted to your secondary insurance, or you will receive a statement for the amount due. If at any time you have questions about your invoice, charges, or balance due, please contact our billing department.

Online
Pay your bill online now via Online Portal. A Four and a half percent (4.5%) processing fee will be added to all online payments. Why Am I Receiving This Bill?This bill is for the anesthesia services you received from a Visurraga Enterprises LLC provider during your outpatient visit or stay. The anesthesia provider is not a part of the facility you received care. Since the facility and anesthesia providers are paid separately, you might receive more than one bill. You will only receive one bill for each time you receive anesthesia services from our team related to the remaining balance not covered by your insurer. |

Why did I get a bill if I have insurance?The insurance company will apply the benefits of your plan and then determine your responsibility. We worked directly with your insurance company prior to sending a bill. This bill reflects the portion of the cost that is your responsibility to pay directly to that provided your care. If you believe your insurance company made an error, please contact them directly.
